Let’s talk about Superfoods. What they are.
The term “superfood” is a fairly new term referring to foods that offer maximum nutritional benefits for minimal calories. They are packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. No standard criteria or legal definitions classify any food as a superfood at this time. However, most superfoods are plant-based.

Greens
It contains vitamins A, C, and K, iron, antioxidants such as carotenoids and

Reds
Red foods contain beta-carotene (vitamin A), fiber, and the antioxidants quercetin, vitamin C, and lycopene.

White | Browns
lower cholesterol & blood pressure, detoxifies our liver and helps with protein structure and skin health, allicin which has anti-tumor properties, quercetin anti-inflammatory properties.

Purple | Blue
